What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Home Instead Senior Care?
We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing our referral provider network across 5 counties, managing our sales pipeline, and marketing our great jobs to potential new employees. Your time and energy will be evenly divided between our Fayetteville and Pinehurst offices. Responsibilities and qualifications include :
- Maintain and grow our referral network in Cumberland, Hoke, Moore, Harnett and Lee counties
- Oversee the sales process and the overall management of the sales pipeline
- Manage and organize community activities / events
- Maintain a working knowledge of community resources available to clients, families, and seniors in the area
- Ensure accurate reporting on weekly numbers
- Manage relations with franchisor and insure brand standards are being met
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, taking action as necessary
- Oversee our online presence
