JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Second Form of ID (Passport or Social Security Card)
- COVID Vaccination with Booster
- Recent TB Test
- Car Registration and Insurance (if applicable)
- Home Care Aid Registration (Fingerprint Background Check) (Initial Cost : $125; $100 reimbursement after training completion)
- Pass a Drug Test (in-office or via remote)
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
PAY RATE : $18 - $20 per hour
