Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Sourcing Superstar:
Create and implement fun and innovative strategies to find the best healthcare heroes out there! From job boards to social media and even old-school networking – you’ll be everywhere, sourcing talented nurses, aides, and therapists who are ready to make a difference.
Pre-screening Pro:
You’ll be the first point of contact, chatting with candidates to determine if they’ve got the skills, passion, and personality to shine in the home health care world. You'll ensure that they fit our culture and are ready to make an impact.
Final Interview Maestro:
Once the candidates have passed your magic touch, it’s time to coordinate final interviews. You’ll work with the hiring team to make sure every candidate has a smooth, professional, and positive interview experience – while making sure they know just how awesome our agency is.
Credential Management Guru:
We’re all about making sure our team members are highly qualified and certified. You’ll handle the paperwork (in a fun way, of course), ensuring all the licenses and credentials are checked and up to date for each candidate.
Job Posting Wizard:
Write job posts that make people say, “I need to work there!” Whether it’s a nurse or a therapist, you’ll create eye-catching, informative job descriptions that get the right people excited to apply.
Background Check Master:
You’ll keep everything running smoothly by managing background checks. You’ll make sure everyone meets compliance requirements without breaking a sweat.
Onboarding Superstar:
You’ll guide our new hires through a fun and informative orientation, making sure they feel like part of the team from day one. You’ll be the one who ensures they know everything they need to succeed in their new role, including how much we love what we do!

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of recruiting experience (extra points for healthcare recruiting, but we’ll teach you what you don’t know).
- Strong communication skills – you can chat with anyone and make them feel comfortable and excited about our agency.
- Highly organized – you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat (or at least with a cool demeanor).
- Detail-oriented – you catch all the small things, from credentials to compliance.
- Enthusiastic – you get excited about finding the right people and making the process fun for candidates.
- Knowledge of healthcare certifications and background checks is a bonus, but we can teach you everything you need to know.
