Position Overview : We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our three Georgia locations. This individual will oversee a small team Home Care Consultants (HCCs) while also achieving personal sales targets. Success in this role is measured by the number of Referral Provider Network (RPN) leads generated and the overall business growth across the assigned territory.The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience successfully building trust-based relationships, coaching sales teams, and driving high-performance sales results. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership & Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Home Care Consultants (HCCs) to drive sales growth.Establish annual sales goals for each location in alignment with company objectives.Monitor and coach HCCs on lead generation, referral relationships, and closing techniques to improve sales effectiveness.Conduct weekly team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and refine sales strategies.Track individual and team performance using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate documentation of all sales activities.Business Development & Referral Growth : Personally develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals.Implement a strategic community outreach plan to maximize RPN lead generation.Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs to enhance brand awareness and credibility.Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align sales efforts with company marketing initiatives.Strategic Planning & Performance Management : Work closely with the Director of Business Development to establish and achieve sales targets for each location.Analyze market trends, referral conversion rates, and competitor activity to refine business development strategies.Ensure CRM data accuracy and provide regular performance reports on lead generation and sales outcomes.Requirements & Qualifications : 5 years of proven success in relationship-based sales and sales team leadership.Strong ability to build trust with referral partners and motivate sales teams to achieve high levels of success.Exceptional networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools to track sales activity and performance.Ability to travel daily within the Georgia territory (Dunwoody, Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Conyers, Covington).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome sales challenges.Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary commission (personal sales team performance).Mileage reimbursement and cell phone allowance provided.Marketing materials and administrative support provided to assist in field efforts.Health, dental, and vision benefits.Professional development and growth opportunities.Apply Today!If you are a motivated sales leader with a passion for helping families find the care they need, we encourage you to apply and become part of a mission-driven organization that is making a real impact in the community!Position InformationTitle : Regional Sales ManagerID : 1090Please note that this is the job board for the franchise office located at 368 W Pike St suite 205 Lawrenceville , Ga 30046 .
