Job Summary Home Instead in Abilene, Texas office is hiring a Scheduling & On-Call Assistant. This person has overall responsibility to assist the Scheduling Coordinator to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service hours for each client while using intuitive skills to match needs and personality to obtain high Care Professional and client quality satisfaction. An individual who demonstrates compassion with a helpful attitude while using their critical thinking and organizational skills. Essential to have effective communication and good listening skills to build strong relationships. Available to take first call after hours evenings and weekends with administration backup assistance. As On-Call Coordinator responsibilities will be performed remotely allowing flexibility for a work / life balance. Benefits
