To qualify, you should meet the following criteria :
- Heartfelt dedication to supporting the elderly
- At least 6 months of experience caring for older adults (experience caring for family or friends is also considered)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and be willing to drive clients for errands and outings
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to commute easily to the client’s location
- Capable of passing a criminal background check and drug test
