As a Certified Home Health Aide for Home Instead, you will typically provide personal care services. In addition, light housekeeping, shopping, and errands.
As a Certified Home Health Aide working for Home Instead, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Require a valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License
- Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to pass a criminal background check & DMV check
- Require a pre-employment drug test
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of elderly care, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care
- Provide Personal Care including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary guidelines
