Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for Care Professionals located in Lititz, PA at Home Instead. Care Professionals will be responsible for providing personalized in-home care services to aging adults, including companionship, personal care, and specialized care as needed.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to provide companionship and personal care
- Experience in specialized care such as Alzheimer's care or hospice support
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus but not necessary
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is beneficia
