About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accompany seniors to appointments and engage in recreational activities.
- Document and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with seniors in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Health Aide (required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
