Starting at $16.00/hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) and paid orientation/training for caregiving positions in Sussex County and the surrounding areas!

RRW, Inc. dba Home Instead 179 is a non-medical senior care organization specializing in companionship and personal care for seniors and special needs clients residing in their private residences or wherever they call home.
We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with or without experience in this field to become a part of the RRW, Inc. dba Home Instead 179 family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.
Duties include, but are not limited to
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Errands
- Assistance to & from appointments
- Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
- Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Requirements to be a caregiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect with both Companionship and Personal Care
- Be 21 OR possess an an CNA license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Available on the weekends
- You must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- You must possess a valid driver's license and your own insured, reliable transportation
- Pass a drug screen and a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
