What Does a Home Instead Caregiver Do?
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you are more than an employee—you become part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in your community.
Your role may include:
Companionship – Provide emotional support and meaningful conversation.
Light Housekeeping & Meal Prep – Assist with household tasks and prepare meals.
Transportation – Help seniors get to appointments, run errands, and participate in activities.
Personal Care – Assist with grooming, bathing, and medication reminders.
Specialized Support – Provide care for seniors with Alzheimer’s & dementia (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking caring, reliable individuals who have a passion for helping others. No prior caregiving experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Compassionate, patient, and kind-hearted
Dependable and trustworthy
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
Available to work 14 to 40 hours per week
Little to no caregiving experience required!
