Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Manager located in Lubbock, TX. The Client Care Manager will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing client services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating care plans, communicating with clients and their families, and addressing any client concerns or issues. The role also involves liaising with Care Professionals to ensure the highest quality of service is provided.

- Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
