• Experience Preferred: Personal or professional caregiving experience
• Compassion & Empathy: A heart for helping others
• Strong Communication: English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Flexible & Adaptable: Able to travel up to 15 miles one-way for assignments

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with personal care, bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
• Support medication reminders (as per care plan and state guidelines)
• Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, light physical or mental activities
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidying
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Promote independence and client dignity at all times
