Position Overview
As the Director / General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team to acquire new home care clients, recruit and retain caregivers, optimize scheduling, and enhance client satisfaction. This role reports directly to the company President and requires a proven track record of leadership success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Building and leading a high-performing administrative team.
- Providing coaching and performance management to team members.
- Ensuring quality service delivery and stepping into various roles as needed.
- Managing budgets effectively, including labor and operational costs.
- Assisting in developing annual budgets and pricing strategies based on market analysis.
This position offers a competitive monthly bonus program based on profitability and service growth. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required. - Minimum 5 years of sales and managerial experience, preferably in business operations or service-based industries.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and holding teams accountable.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic pricing and budget plans.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
