Primary Responsibilities :
- Consultative Sales & Marketing – Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive business growth.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Represent Home Instead at job fairs and community events, attracting compassionate caregivers.
- Community Engagement – Network with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to expand our recruitment and sales channels.
- Team Collaboration – Assist with in-office recruitment, engagement, and team support.
