Sounds like that special opportunity you’ve been waiting for, right?
- Must be a Registered Nurse with at least two years of home health experience in the last 3 or 4 years, AND have at least one year of recent supervisory experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment
- Must be knowledgeable about and experienced in Home Health policies, procedures, standards, licensure and compliance with regulatory authorities
- Upon successful licensure, must be OK to conduct initial & supervisory client visits until growth of the business allows hiring of another RN
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekend on call rotation
- Successful acquisition of Home Health licensure quickly
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory statutes
- Clinical oversight of home care clients served from admission through discharge
- Care management and personnel supervision associated with the clinical delivery of care
- Management of all aspects of the client/family relationships to ensure a successful, quality home care experience and high client/family satisfaction scores

- Intermediate computer skills including use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office - must also be able to quickly learn and understand other operational computer software
- Prior experience in a job successfully managing, prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks with minimal direction
