In this dynamic role, you’ll combine hands-on caregiving with opportunities to engage, train, and mentor fellow Care Professionals. You’ll serve as a vital connection between our clients, Care Pros, and the office.
What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Care Pro, you’ll:
- Support fellow Care Pros through touchpoint calls, mentoring, and celebrating milestones.
- Train and empower Care Pros by leading orientation sessions, shadow opportunities, and in-home skills training.
- Engage Care Pros and clients by addressing inquiries, planning team meetings, and assisting with our monthly newsletter.
- Enhance client care by ensuring quality visits, sharing feedback with the care team, and responding to changing needs.

What We’re Looking For:
