We are looking for someone who is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of an office, including maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, managing communication, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth operations by overseeing various administrative functions to support the overall efficiency of the workplace

- Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
- Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
- Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
- High integrity
- Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and typing skills (60 WPM preferred)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment
- Adaptable and able to act with urgency
- Completes criminal background, MVR, drug screen, and reference checks
- Passion for working with the aging population is preferred
