About the Role:
Home Instead is seeking full-time Care Professionals to provide essential non-medical services to our aging community. Your role will involve helping a bed-bound male with dementia maintain his dignity and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
- Companionship & Conversation: Build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Help keep their home tidy and their meals nutritious.
- Medication & Appointment Reminders: Ensure they stay on top of their health.
- Personal Care Assistance: Support with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Dementia Care: Provide specialized care for those living with Dementia.

Who You Are:
- A caring, compassionate individual who values treating others with dignity and respect.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to providing the best care possible.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and willing to assist with personal care tasks.
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, complete a TB test, complete a background check and pass a drug test.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
