Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Recruiting & Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract caregivers
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to build a strong talent pipeline
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to promote hiring opportunities
- Relationship Building & Community Engagement:
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, training programs, and job centers
- Develop relationships with churches, senior centers, and community groups to generate referrals
- Build a strong rapport with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Candidate Screening & Placement:
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding
- Ensure candidates are placed in roles that match their skills and career goals
- Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:
- Create compelling job ads and social media content to attract top talent
- Maintain a strong online presence to engage potential applicants
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or home care industries
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for finding and supporting caregivers who make a difference
