Home Instead is looking for a Recruiting and Retention Coordinator to join our team. This position is not a fit for everyone - it is fast-paced, at times unpredictable, and there are occasional evening and weekend responsibilities. But it is also exciting and very rewarding.
Job Duties:
- Recruiting and hiring amazing CareProfessionals to join our team
- Ongoing management of CareProfessionals relationships
- Successfully onboarding new hires
- Conducting performance reviews
- Handling performance issues
- Working with other departments to identify excellent CareProfessional/client matches
- Management of various HR processes including worker's comp, unemployment claims, background checks, and more
- Maintaining compliance with state regulations
Job Requirements:
- A very big heart - care deeply about the clients and the CareProfessionals
- Strong process management/organizational skills - This a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, go-with-the-flow attitude
- Ability to develop strong relationships with others
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- College degree a plus but not required
- HR experience desired
- Experience as a CareProfessional for seniors is a BIG plus
