Job Description
The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring and ongoing engagement of CAREGivers to reduce turnover and promote a high-quality culture.
The REC will Lead all training programs for CAREGivers including new hire orientation, ongoing continuing education training, planning quarterly open house events and other special events.
This role is designed to develop, mentor and maintain quality CAREGivers.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Reflect the core values of Klipsch Senior Care (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).
- Schedule and lead CAREGiver orientation and new hire training including Alzheimer’s and Dementia Training and continuing education learning plans required to meet Home Instead® Standards.
- Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.
- Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
- Schedule and conduct CAREGiver annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities, and problem resolution.
- Develop engagement strategies to promote CAREGiver retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter.
- Develop, plan, and facilitate quarterly CAREGiver Meetings.
- Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld.
- Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with leadership team, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients, and family members.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
