As the Recruitment & Safety Coordinator at Home Instead, you will:
- Create and manage job postings to attract top talent.
- Oversee social media platforms and drive engagement.
- Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate orientations.
- Maintain accurate training and safety records.
- Plan community events that strengthen our connections.
- Collaborate with safety chairpersons across office locations to manage WSI programs.
- Lead monthly safety meetings, track incident reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Support caregivers and team members in providing exceptional care to clients.
Flexible Work Environment
This Full-time Position Offers
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule: 9 AM - 4:30 PM
- This includes occasional evening hours and participation in rotating on-call duties every other month, as needed.
- A passion for engaging with people and supporting others.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
