Overview:
Home Instead, a leader in home care, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to drive growth and oversee sales and marketing efforts across multiple territories and states. This senior leadership role will manage and lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure client acquisition, partnership expansion, and brand presence in each territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams across all territories to meet and exceed growth targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, emphasizing client acquisition, market penetration, and strong partnerships with referral sources.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate BDMs, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to help teams succeed.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analysis to identify growth opportunities, track performance, and adjust strategies for optimized results.
- Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to increase brand visibility and presence in existing and new markets, collaborating with corporate teams to align marketing initiatives with local needs.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate a quarterly and annual budget for sales and marketing activities in each territory, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams across multiple regions or states. Experience in home care, healthcare, or service-based industries preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and client acquisition strategies, with a focus on partnership-driven growth.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
