- Pay Range: $13 - $15/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably
- Match clients and Care Pros based on needs, skills, and location
- Maintain schedules, foster quality matches and strong relationships
- Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system
- Ensure accurate client and Care Pro records
- Address client and Care Pro concerns as needed
- Communicate openly with colleagues, Care Pros, clients, and family members
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
Schedule: 8:00a – 12:00p; Monday thru Friday, with flexibility to cover additional hours as needed. Great potential for Full-Time. Training and staff support provided.

Qualifications
- High integrity
- Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and typing skills (60 WPM preferred)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptable and able to act with urgency
- Enjoys a sense of humor
- Scheduling experience is preferred
- Passion for working with the aging population is preferred
