Your Day-to-Day Duties in Iowa City!
- Match clients with their PERFECT caregivers! (extraordinary relationships!)
- Set up new client schedules.
- Create a schedule for the client & caregiver that works BEST for them.
- Monitor, mediate & log all client & caregiver activity.
- Follow up w/ clients & caregivers regularly.
- Resolve scheduling issues between clients & caregivers.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Conduct Service Inquiries following the consultative sales process.
- Answer calls (must be friendly & professional!).
