Customer Service Representative

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, we would love to consider you as an addition to our Team. We’re seeking a positive, personable, enthusiastic, BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) team player! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. We welcome applicants who are positive and can’t wait to get started! This is an IN-OFFICE POSITION, not remote.

$32,000 Depending on Experience

• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
