We’re looking for an enthusiastic, Bilingual (English & Spanish) customer service representative, in the office NOT remote , to provide an excellent experience to our customers.

Compensation :
32,000 Depending on Experience
Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
