What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Analyst position at Home Loan Savings Bank?
Duties
Preparation of credit presentations and financial spreadsheets including
o Cash flow analysis
o Credit analysis
o Documentation of collateral value/coverage
o Depository relationship
· Annual credit reviews and collection of current financial information
· New loan file reviews
· Assist with Loan Audits
Qualified candidates must have the following skills:
· Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required, in Economics, Financial Accounting or equivalent banking experience
· 2 years of experience in accounting and/or banking preferred, but not required
· Working knowledge of loan documentation and bank compliance helpful
· Detail oriented with good organization, time management, people, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
