What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance and Repair Expert position at Home Maintenance & Inspection (HMI), Inc.?
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Repair Expert to join our team at Home Maintenance & Inspection (HMI), Inc. As a seasoned technician with expertise in HVAC maintenance and repair, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as excellent trouble-shooting skills and the ability to work independently without supervision. Our schedule is set from 6am-3pm, Monday through Friday, providing a stable and predictable work environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $35-$40/hour, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
