What You'll Do:
- Create Efficient Schedules: Develop and manage employee work schedules based on production needs and team skills.
- Handle Time-Off Requests: Ensure vacations and leaves are managed without disrupting operations.
- Track Attendance: Monitor time and attendance to keep the production line fully staffed.
- Optimize Staffing: Analyze data to improve workforce efficiency and identify staffing gaps.
- Collaborate with HR: Work closely with HR to fill vacancies and ensure skill alignment.
- Coordinate Payroll: Partner with payroll to ensure accurate labor tracking and reporting.
- Assist with Projects: Support the Director of Manufacturing with various projects as needed.
- 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
- Tech Skills: Familiar with ADP systems and proficient in Excel.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: You prioritize accuracy and are highly organized.
- Team Player: Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual: Portuguese/Spanish is a plus.
