Key Responsibilities :
Production Management : Develop and execute precise production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.Team Leadership : Organize workloads, delegate tasks, and monitor processes to ensure quality products and a smooth workflow.Safety First : Address and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately, promoting a safe and productive environment.Employee Training : Mentor and train employees to ensure they understand their roles and follow safety protocols.Essential Qualifications :
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Experience in manufacturing with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDAWillingness to work in various temperatures and adhere to safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.Previous supervisory experience is a must, with a focus on fostering a positive and safe work culture.Bilingual in Spanish and / or Portuguese required.Exciting Benefits Await You!
