Home Matters Caregiving Clemson specializes in providing Home Care for adults and seniors in Oconee, Pickens, and Greenville counties, so they may enjoy the comfort and safety of their own homes.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to clients in their homes. This position is for a person with a job caring disposition and who wants to use their professional skills to make a profound impact on the lives of our clients. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing (ADLs).

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.

• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

• Communicate effectively with our team of professionals regarding client needs and progress.

• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience of (1) year of direct caregiving either in home or facility.

• Flexible Schedule, every other weekend required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must have personal reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

• Be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.

• Certification in First Aid is mandatory per DHEC; paid training will be provided if needed.

• CPR will be required upon completion of Orientation; paid training will be provided.

• Background checks and drug screening are requirements.
