Job Description : We are seeking a forward thinking and results-driven In-Home Care Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our in-home care services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, and referral partners.
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of our in-home care services. 2. Identify and establish relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals and potential clients. 3. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. 6. Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activities. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. 8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. 9. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing activities.
Experience : Knowledge of the In Home care and Caregiving industry is required along with experience in outside sales.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the In Home Care industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
