What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Part Time position at Home Matters Caregiving North Scottsdale?

Duties:
- Work independently in client homes within the scope of nursing practice
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
- Accurate documentation of all nursing care activities
- Work with agency RN to oversee and manage clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for caregivers, including orientation, ongoing education, and skills enhancement.

Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year experience in senior care
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members, medical professionals, and others working with families and clients
- All employment is contingent upon a completed background check.
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
Salary : $25 - $31
