Caregiver Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have one year of caregiving experience

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a background check

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

Caregiver Responsibilities :

Execute client care plans and document daily activities

Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living

Meal preparation, light keeping, and laundry

Provide personal care (hygiene, mobility assistance, medication assistance)

Transport clients and run errands

Brad Pierce (Home Matters Owner) :  My personal journey with my Mom, who had Alzheimer's, and dad, who had Parkinson's, gave me a strong desire to help other families that wanted to stay in their homes but that needed additional support.
