We are seeking Care Professionals (caregivers) to become a part of our Nurse Guided Home Care Team. Home Matters Caregiving is a new agency to Middle TN. You will work with an RN to be properly trained and developed to provide the best care for our clients and grow as a Care Professional.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status to our nurse
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide Purpose Driven Care on a daily basis to our clients

Qualifications:

• Preferred to be CNA certified but not mandatory
• Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience in hospice, home health/care, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must love seniors
