What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Manager for In Home Care Agency position at Home Matters Caregiving?

- Manage all incoming calls Monday-Thursday from 8:30-5pm
- Answer phones in a friendly, professional attitude.
- Return all voicemails within 30 minutes.
- Check email and phone messages every 30-60 minutes.
- Be knowledgeable of company Policies and Procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects.
- Manage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing Clearcare software
- Update caregiver schedules on Clearcare
- Responsible for LTC billing and paperwork.
- Send daily report of activity and follow up needed.
- Assist with managing caregiving team on daily basis.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator.
Home Matters Caregiving specializes in providing In-Home care for the senior population so they may continue to enjoy the comfort and safety of their own home. We are looking for a team member with a strong work ethic, problem solving ability and above all...compassion for seniors. Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience and prior management experience preferred.
