Job Summary
A home care agency in Bayville, NJ is looking for a motivated Home Care Marketer with a passion for people and an ability to foster relationships with key-decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by getting referrals from nursing homes, hospices, doctor's offices, etc. to build client base.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and services offered by the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within homecare, skilled nursing/long-term care, senior living, or hospice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, research, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, advertising sales, e-commerce, performance marketing, collaboration sales, and copywriting is a plus but not mandatory.
Some travel may be required.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
