We're looking for an Interim Director of Health and Wellness for an assisted living and memory care facility near Indianapolis, IN.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing, Resident Care Director, Resident Services Director, Health and Wellness Director, Wellness Director or similar experience
- Assisted Living experience (preferred)
- An active LPN or RN License (Indiana or Compact)
- Availability to start ASAP

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
