A skilled nursing facility in the Detroit area is looking for an Interim Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a nursing home or long-term care setting
- An active Michigan LPN or RN license
- Availability to start within 1-2 weeks
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Manage patient care operations within the skilled nursing facility, focusing on quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain EHR systems for efficient documentation and communication.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and resident's rights.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Please note: This is an Interim Director of Nursing assignment, NOT a permanent position.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
