What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Director of Nursing - Hospital LTC Unit position at Home Nursing Agency?
Our client is in need of an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for their LTC unit located within their hospital in Montana.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an ADON or DON in a SNF/LTC setting
- An active Montana RN or Compact RN license
- Non-profit experience is a plus
- Availability to start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Manage patient care operations within the skilled nursing facility, focusing on quality and safety.
- Implement and maintain EHR systems for efficient documentation and communication.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and resident's rights.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Please note: This is an Interim Director of Nursing assignment, NOT a permanent position
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
