- Minimum 2 years of experience as an NHA in a SNF/LTC setting preferred
- Active Texas NHA License
- Availability to start ASAP

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage staff, providing leadership and supervision to maintain high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, focusing on long-term care and support.
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting to ensure sustainability of services.
- Foster a positive environment for residents, emphasizing their rights and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance care for individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia.
