Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Collaborate with management to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources. Home care experience is highly preferred!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
