Job Requirements
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Professional Child Care Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in child care, preferred but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- Understanding of Child Development: A strong understanding of child development and its importance in planning and implementing educational activities.
- Physical and Mental Demands: The ability to stand up to 65% of the time, walk, bend, carry, lift, push, stoop, crouch, crawl, kneel, and see and hear clearly within the requirements set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
