A Day in the Life :
The Home of the Innocents' Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center (KCC) is a skilled nursing facility offering short-term, long-term, and respite care for pediatric residents with diverse medical, developmental, and physical needs, such as congenital abnormalities, injuries, disabilities, and complex conditions.
Shift :
1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, 30 or 36 Hours / Week
2nd Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 30 or 36 Hours / Week
RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate nursing services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
- Provide leadership and direct care as needed.
- Support staff development and education.
- Address complaints and staffing needs.
