Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our Learning Management System (LMS) company. You must of 10 years of bookkeeping experience, and be a pro at Quickbooks (online version). This role will be integral in maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as needed by our accountant.
- Coordinate tax filings and compliance.
- Call and/or email accounts that are past due.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Schedule: Flexible hours, must work on-site for the first month, then remote options available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.23 - $24.72 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
