Responsibilities:
- Provide options to members regarding certificate conservation. Ability to manage unusual/complex cases.
- Assist financial representatives and members with conservation of Universal Life certificates. Notify financial representatives of Universal Life certificates in jeopardy of expiring. Troubleshoot problems and provide options to retain the Universal Life member and premium.
- Provide conservation options to members who are considering replacement or surrender of their Modern Woodmen contract.
- Provide general assistance to financial representatives on product questions and in competitive or replacement situations.
- Aid financial representative and members on conservation options available when members are wanting to surrender, are loan terminating or requesting to a take loan or partial withdrawal.
- Assist with implementation, record keeping and processes related to business and membership retention.
- Train as backup for other Conservation staff members duties.
- Notify financial representatives of requests received from outside companies for member information.
- Administer re-entry program.
What we need:
- High school diploma required.
- Three years relevant experience.
- Strong customer service and attention to detail.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $21.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from hom Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
