Field Development Clerk

Do you enjoy making an impact by helping others? Modern Woodmen of America is hiring a Field Development Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining records and reports. You will work directly with our field force and home office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records and prepare confidential reports.
• Prepare materials and records for field force visits, make travel arrangements and process travel expense vouchers.
• Assist with Agency recruiting efforts.
• Process requests, update records and prepare reports and letters concerning Field management programs.
• Prepare data and research information for board reports.
• Research, update and prepare reports on demographic information for territories in which the field force conducts business.

What we need:

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

What we offer:

• Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from hom Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
