Organizational Development-HRMS Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Develop capability to administer the LOMA development program including enrollments, completion and related processes and communications.
- Calculate and process LOMA bonus payments and charges through payroll system in addition to maintaining related records, procedures, and reporting.
- Facilitate LOMA test process including initiating tests, ensuring access, and adherence to LOMA’s proctored exam requirements.
- Collaborate with team on evaluation of LOMA courses and other training programs in relation to identified goals and objectives.
- Work with team on development initiatives, projects, and related systems.
- Provide support for HRMS within department and for Home Office Employees.
- Maintain user procedures, guides, and documentation.
- Develop understanding of system use within our department and organization.
- Participate in vendor provided training and related resources to grow knowledge and capabilities within systems.
- Communicate with and train employees on LOMA, HRMS, and Organizational Development programs, policies, and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll, medical, benefit and personnel-related information, policies and related matters.
- Train with team members to provide support in Leave Management and other department areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of HR experience needed.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service orientated and effective communicator.
- Commitment to achieve LOMA Fellowship.
- Responsible, collaborative, detail oriented and self-directed.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $24.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
